Hello, I’m Lottie.

I offer a confidential, relaxed and supportive service, online, telephone or face to face in Yeovil- Somerset. I believe finding the right therapist is important, so please explore my site and feel free to contact me to find out more information or to arrange an initial session.

About Me

My main approach is Person Centered counselling, allowing clients the space to to talk, without judgment or interpretation of what is being said. Person Centered therapy believes the client is the expert and I am a firm believer of this. My role is sit with you among your words, thoughts and feelings and support you in self exploration.

I began my training as a Mental Health Nurse in 2010 at Bristol UWE and since then have also trained and graduated from Strode College in  with a Diploma in Theraputic Counselling and a Level 5 Diploma in Psychotheraputic Counselling.

I have gained extensive experience over the past few years, working in a variety of different settings.  I  volunteered with CRUSE Bereavement Care whilst also completing their bereavement awareness course.  Currently I volunteer with the Family Support Team at St Margaret’s Hospice and continue to carry out professional development.

Why me?

I believe we all experience times of struggle within our lives resulting in many people seeking counselling. Therefore being offered a supportive space to explore, talk and process these difficult times, whether they are in the past, present or future can be a great help. I am aware we are all unique, therefore work in a Person Centered approach, meaning I work with the client as they are the expert of them self.
